Key Responsibilities
- Pool Service:
- Openings, closings, cleaning, and repairs
- Leak detection and pool equipment troubleshooting (pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems)
- Test and balance water chemistry
- Install and maintain pool systems and equipment
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service and professionalism with every interaction
Requirements
- Experience Preferred: CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification and 5+ years of experience are a plus, but not required
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round
- Schedule Flexibility: Overtime and Saturday mornings during peak season
- Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required
- Dependability: Be ready to start work at 7:30 AM sharp
- Team Player: Must be willing to learn and work collaboratively
